Nicole + Jeff
Jeff & Nicole met in nursing school at the University of Iowa. They tried to not fall for one another, thinking things could get hairy being in a relationship amongst a small nursing class. But, inevitably, they ended up together their senior year of college, and now the rest is history!
How did he propose? They were on a vacation in Boston with Nicole's family. Jeff was carrying around the ring (without the box) the entire trip waiting for the right time to ask. He decided the perfect spot was after a picnic on an island off of Boston's Harbor. Nicole's whole family was there, but just the two of them were alone on a walk when Jeff asked the special question! Lots of celebrating after!
Why did they choose Little Lights? In their own words: “We chose Little Lights before it was complete, and if you know Nicole that seems outrageous. But Erin gave us such a sense of reasurance and excitement about what Little Lights was going to be. Seeing it now, it's easily the best decision we made in regards to our special day. It's exactly what we hoped for and we can't wait to share it with everyone we love.”
